It works just as advertised. We have been using it for 3 years now and LOVE it. We do have to use non-stick spray.

My mom absolutely LOVES edges. Whenever she'd make brownies in the old, plain, rectangular brownie pan, she'd get all the edges. So, when I saw this last year, I thought, "I HAVE to get this for mom for Christmas. HAVE TO."
So I did, and she's used it for basically EVERYTHING.
The best thing about the pan is that it's not just for brownies. No, it's incredibly versatile! Just last night, mom made some cornbread in it. Other delectable goodies that have come out of this pan include lasagna and various cakes.
It's a very high-quality, durable pan, as well. Feels good to the touch, nice and smooth, lightweight, yet also very strong and sturdy.
If there is someone in your life who craves the edges of any baking or cooking project, this pan will NOT fail to please them. I absolutely guarantee it!

I worked for a company that made these pans. They probably bake stuf wonderfuly even and everything else, but, I would never own one in a million years. The company that sells these contracted the company that I worked for to cast the aluminium into that shape of the pan. I didn't like the fact that, as a food cooking product, they are made out of recycled (ground up)alluminium from various sources, mainly auto recycling, and contained many impurities. Now, after being formed they went through a machining process and then had a layer of non-stick paint applied to seal them, but, I would be wary if that paint surface ever gets scratched or chipped.
