I purchased this pan along with another to replace some worn cookware I had. I usually purchase all clad put chose calphalon after reading great reviews on there non-stick pans. I really enjoy using this one to cook. From Mac and cheese to sauces it will get the job down and clean up is easy!

There are only two minor tweaks I'd make to this terrific pan: first, I'd remove the little lip on the inside edge. It's meant to hold the lid, but it gets filled with cooked-on crud that is actually pretty hard to clean without damaging the surface. The second change would be to make the lid ventable; if I could choose to vent the pan a little while covered, it would be amazing.

Otherwise, it's a terrific pan for the price. The angled sides make it easy to stir liquids, and the capacity is great; not too big or too small, so it's a real multi-tasker.
